Mark Santoki2007 Okinawan Festival
Mark Santoki is the Communications Chair of the Okinawan Festival, which annually attracts 35,000 residents and tourists to Kapiolani Park on Labor Day weekend. One of 30 nationally accredited public relations professionals in Hawai‘i, he is currently the Webmaster of the Hawai‘i State Judiciary and is a former editor of The Hawaii Herald newspaper.
